How do I register for membership?
Apply online and pay the one-time KES 2,000 fee by M-PESA or card. We approve within minutes and issue your USA and UK addresses the same day. No recurring charges.
Can I start using my shipping address right away?
Yes. Once you receive your membership confirmation you are ready to start shopping. Include the full warehouse address and your unique customer ID on every shipment; incomplete addresses can delay packages.
I have a common name. How do I know nobody else collects my packages?
Your shipping address embeds a unique customer ID, and the name on an arriving package determines which member we notify. At pickup we check a government-issued ID, and where two members share a name we verify the email on the account as well.
What about the billing address at checkout?
Use your SR address as the shipping address. The billing address is separate; online stores normally require the address currently associated with your card.
Do your rates include customs fees, duties and taxes?
Yes. Our rates are all-inclusive of taxes and duties applicable in Kenya.
When am I charged for shipping?
When your goods reach you: at doorstep delivery, or when you collect from the Karen office.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, M-PESA, bank transfer, PesaPal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and PayPal.
