Volumetric weight
For large but lightweight packages we charge on the higher of actual and volumetric weight, the same way the airline charges us for the space your package takes up.
In pounds: L × W × H (inches) ÷ 166
In kilograms: L × W × H (cm) ÷ 6000
Unsure? Send us the dimensions before shipping and we run both calculations for you.
Dangerous goods: items classified as hazardous cost an additional KES 1,000 to 2,500 per item depending on classification, and must be pre-authorized by the team.
