Your address knows who you are
Every member's address carries a unique customer ID, so the moment a package lands in Delaware or Southall we know whose it is. The name on the package determines who we notify.
Before you pick up a package we ask for a government-issued ID. For members with common names we also confirm the email address on the account, so the right John Njoroge always gets the right box.
