Goods sourced from China or other countries
Ships at owner risk
Goods sourced outside the US or UK can reach our warehouses but we will not insure them and do not recommend them: delivery is slow, sometimes untrackable, and such goods are often rejected by KEBS standards. We cannot pay customs on your behalf before they reach our warehouse.
Need to ship something restricted?
Many items marked as not allowed for regular shipment can still go through with our Dangerous Goods Approval process. Hazmat charges of KES 1,000 to 2,500 per item apply, and every DG item must be pre-authorized before it ships.
How DG approval worksGoods sourced outside the US or UK
Goods from China or other countries can reach our warehouses, but we will not insure them and do not recommend them: delivery can be slow and untrackable, and such goods are often rejected under KEBS standards. Storefronts like Argos and ASDA are residential-only and arrive without proper freight packaging.
