Six services, one system. Every rate is all-inclusive of Kenyan taxes and duties, and you pay only when your goods reach you.
Personal USA and UK addresses
Delaware is a sales-tax-free state, so you buy from any US store at the listed price with no hidden checkout tax. Use your SR address at checkout on Amazon, Walmart, ASOS, Best Buy, anywhere that ships domestically. Your address carries a unique customer ID, and packages are released against government-issued ID at collection.

Send the names and URLs of the items you want and we come back with a quote covering the goods, shipping, and clearance. Pay locally by M-PESA, bank transfer, PesaPal, or PayPal. We place the order, receive it at our warehouse, and ship it to Nairobi. Every shipment is insured before it flies.

Your packages arrive at our Delaware or Southall warehouse as you shop. We combine multiple orders into a single shipment before it flies, which is the single biggest saving in international forwarding. We charge on the higher of actual and volumetric weight, and we tell you which before shipping if you send us the dimensions.

We declare and clear every shipment through Kenyan customs before you see it. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay; duties and taxes are already inside it. You are charged only when your goods reach you, at delivery or at collection from the Karen office.

All shipments carry a baseline cover of $10 per kilogram, capped at $100 per shipment. Value Added Protection extends that to the full declared value of your goods for 10% of that value, up to $2,500 per order. Apply before your goods reach our warehouse.

Once your package lands at the Karen office we deliver anywhere in Nairobi at a flat rate by zone, from KES 200 in Karen to KES 1,000 on the far side of the city. Outside Nairobi we ship by G4S or Wells Fargo courier from KES 550 plus carrier surcharges, to Mombasa, Diani, Kisii, Eldoret, Thika and beyond.

Large but light? We charge on the higher of actual and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 166 in inches), the same way the airline charges us. Send us the dimensions before shipping if unsure.
