One shipment instead of five
Shop across as many stores as you like; everything collects at your SR address. Based on your directions we re-ship individual packages or consolidate multiple small ones into a single shipment before it flies, so you pay one freight charge instead of five.
The volumetric catch, explained
We charge on the higher of actual and volumetric weight, the same way the airline charges us for the space your package takes up. In pounds that is length by width by height in inches divided by 166; in kilograms, centimeters divided by 6000. Unsure? Send us the dimensions before shipping and we run both calculations for you.
A note on UK packaging
From the UK warehouse we forward packages as-is without removing excess packing. To save on volumetric weight, ask sellers to use minimal packaging.
