Our rates are all-inclusive of taxes and duties applicable in Kenya. What the calculator shows is what the invoice says; there is no separate customs bill waiting at the door.
We act as your clearing agent
When you ship with us you appoint us as your agent solely for clearing and entering the shipment through customs. We endeavor to expedite all clearance formalities, and delivery ordinarily takes within two weeks of goods reaching our facility.
Pay when it arrives
You are charged for shipping when we deliver to your doorstep or when you collect from the Karen office, by cash, M-PESA, bank transfer, PesaPal or PayPal.
